Upon confirmation of an appointment with our high class escorts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Read these carefully to prevent any surprises, disappointments, or conflicts and to ensure a great experience for both yourself and your high class escort(s). The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and all services offered by Secret Agents.

By using this website or any of our services, you agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree with (part of) the general terms and conditions, we ask you to use another escort agency. Secret Agents reserves the right to change and/or replace these terms at any time, and will announce such changes on its website.

By placing and confirming a booking via one of the online forms or the live chat on this website, by telephone, by e-mail, or via an instant messaging or social media channel of Secret Agents, an agreement is concluded between Secret Agents ('Intermediary') and You as user ('Client') to which these general terms and conditions apply. The services offered on this website are performed by high class escorts legally represented by the Intermediary.

Secret Agents works exclusively with adult high class escorts of at least 21 years old, with a legal residence and employment status in the Netherlands. Also to use our services, a minimum age of 21 years applies to our clients. In case of doubt, the Intermediary or your booked high class escort may ask for your identification. If you cannot verify your age in case of doubt, your reservation will be terminated immediately. As a result, the amount for the minimum applicable booking duration applicable to your booking will be charged as a fee for the expenses generated and for the time your escort has invested in clearing her schedule, preparing herself, and traveling to your location.

The rates listed on our website include 21% VAT and travel costs within your escort's residential area up to a travel time of 15 minutes. For destinations with a longer travel time from the residence of the booked escort, a travel surcharge applies as stated on our Rates & Payment page. Our rates are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Listed reduced hourly rates are only valid if YOU book 3 or more hours in advance, OR indicate within the first hour of the appointment that you wish to add multiple hours.

You are obliged to pay the agreed amount no later than upon arrival of your high class escort. In certain cases, the Intermediary may require (part of) the payment to be made electronically in advance to ensure financial security. In addition to cash payments, Secret Agents offers various electronic and online payment options.

Due to various additional security and anti-fraud mechanisms applicable to high-risk industries, a transaction surcharge of 10% (ten percent) applies to all forms of electronic payment. Payment in a foreign currency is only possible if this has been indicated in advance and approved by the Intermediary. The daily exchange rate applies to payment in foreign currency, as well as a processing surcharge of 5% (five percent).

It is always possible to pay in advance by bank transfer, provided that your payment reaches our account BEFORE our high class escort begins her preparations for your appointment. Processing of Dutch bank transfers can take up to 2 working days. Transfers from an ING account are processed immediately. Payment afterwards is not possible.

If a payment fails (for example, with a cancelled electronic payment or a payment with counterfeit money), we may request assistance from third parties to collect remaining unpaid amounts. Any additional costs will be charged to you.

If you wish to cancel an international booking, you must report this at least 2 days in advance. The Intermediary will attempt to obtain a refund for all costs incurred (e.g., flight tickets). If this is not possible, these costs will be paid from your prepayment. When an international reservation is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the day of departure of your high class escort, the cancellation costs amount to 20% of the total booking amount. These costs are paid from your prepayment.

In the unlikely event that your high class escort does not meet your expectations due to a deviating presentation based on visual material, OR appears not to be suitable for your booking after extensive consultation regarding your wishes, there is a possibility to terminate your appointment early. To be eligible for this, you must notify us within the first 15 minutes of your booking.

It is forbidden to offer our high class escorts any form of illegal drugs, or to request them to bring or order these. In the event that your high class escort feels uncomfortable or unsafe in connection with drug use, the Intermediary reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately without the possibility of a refund.

Discretion and safety of both Client and high class escort enjoy the highest priority at Secret Agents. The existence of Secret Agents can be made or broken by not handling this carefully enough.

The privacy and discretion of our high class escorts must be respected at all times. It is strictly forbidden to ask your high class escort to share personal information, such as her real name, social media profile(s), telephone number(s), or other personal contact details.
